The foundation of this work is close to twenty years of studying how people operate. Cognitive psychology, behavioural science, psychometric interpretation, neuro-linguistic programming. That understanding came first. It shaped everything that followed.
It is what built my corporate career: the senior leadership team of an internationally listed company by thirty, leading Group Communications and Investor Relations, governance of every board committee. It is also what made the patterns visible: the gap between how leaders intend to operate and how they are actually experienced, and the cost of that gap in real decisions, real reputations, real outcomes.
