Founder and CEO, Emmi Kavander, brings more than two decades of experience working in and alongside senior leadership contexts.

Originating from Finland and now operating from Switzerland, her background includes executive roles at a publicly listed finance company, as well as advisory work with CEOs, founders, and senior executives operating under sustained pressure, visibility, and responsibility across 20+ countries.

This informs a grounded understanding of how leadership dynamics shift at scale, and where judgement, rather than performance, becomes the critical variable.​​

As a strategic leadership counsel, she works with CEOs and senior leaders when their own operating patterns start shaping authority and forward movement in ways they can’t fully see from the inside.
