THE EXECUTIVE MIRROR™

Clarity in two weeks. Not a programme. Not ongoing.
A precise diagnostic that most leaders wish they had done sooner.

Geometric Abstract Surface

What you get

A clear external reference point on how your judgement, risk tolerance, and reputation are currently forming, and where the leverage actually sits.

The assessment is scientific (Hogan), the greatest value is in the interpretation.

The work combines:

  • Hogan Assessment (MVPI, HPI, HDS): your drivers, behavioural tendencies, and derailers under pressure

  • Direct interpretation and dialogue with Emmi Kavander: not a report walkthrough, but a conversation that connects patterns to your actual operating context

  • Practical leverage points specific to your situation: what to adjust, what to preserve, and where the highest-impact shift sits

What you leave with is not insight for its own sake. It is orientation: a precise understanding of what is happening, why, and what matters most now.

What typically shifts

Leaders who complete The Executive Mirror™ consistently describe the same effects:

  • Decisions that had been circling resolve.

  • The gap between intention and perception becomes visible and addressable.

  • Internal hesitation reduces.

  • Authority stabilises.

This is not because behaviour is corrected. It is because what was already present begins to transmit without interference.

How it works

The process typically unfolds over two weeks:

1 / Introduction call

Complimentary, 20-30 minutes. A private conversation to establish whether this work is relevant to your situation. Not a pitch.

2 / Hogan Assessment

Includes MVPI, HPI, HDS. Completed independently. Approx. 60 minutes of your time.

3 / Session 1

90 Minutes with Emmi Kavander to cover core operating patterns, baseline versus pressure behaviour, and perception gaps.

4 / Session 2

Translation into decision dynamics, authority calibration, and behavioural leverage in your specific situation.

5 / Written outputs

A structured summary and two to three tailored application tools individually tailored to your context.

The Executive Mirror™ is designed as a complete intervention. There is no programme to commit to and no expectation of ongoing work.

For many leaders, this is exactly the clarity they needed to move forward independently.

For leaders where ongoing calibration is warranted, a retained advisory relationship is available. This is offered selectively after the diagnostic.

What leaders say

"I am back in execution mode, with minimum mental hesitation."

"I have completed dozens of assessments over the years, with varying levels of usefulness. The most valuable part was the conversations with Emmi and her ability to draw the right conclusions. There were real eye-opening moments. As a result, I now have much higher awareness of my professional drivers, and greater clarity on what to focus on. This was definitely worth the investment."

— Jon Lenck, Executive Partner

"It is only through her precise interpretation that the Hogan assessment provides real added value."

"She revealed many important connections in my behaviour patterns that I had not been aware of before, and showed me ways to turn perceived weaknesses into strengths without having to pretend to be someone I'm not. My business partner and I did the Executive Mirror together. This enabled us to understand each other's behaviour patterns and use our different strengths in a more targeted way."

— Jonas Lenz, CEO & Partner

When leaders typically engage

The Executive Mirror™ is not designed for general development or personal curiosity.

It tends to be sought at specific moments when stakes are high:

A transition where the next move carries disproportionate weight.

Momentum that has stalled for reasons that are not fully visible.

A growing sense that reputation is forming differently than intended.

Leadership friction that does not resolve through the usual channels.

If this describes your current situation, a conversation is the right starting point.
