ENGAGEMENTS

Formats for strategic leadership counsel under pressure.

Engagement is situational.

There is no standard entry point.

Engagement typically begins when:

  • Pressure is no longer episodic

  • Judgement carries sustained consequence

  • Reputation is forming beyond direct control

  • Internal clarity no longer transmits reliably

3 formats of engagement

The Executive Mirror™

The Executive Mirror™ is a focused engagement designed to restore reference. It provides leaders with:

  • An external perspective on judgement under pressure

  • Insight into how their identity and reputation are currently shaping outcomes

  • Clarity on where distortion is present, and where it is not

This engagement may stand alone or form part of a longer advisory relationship.

Strategic Leadership Counsel

This is an ongoing advisory relationship.

It is designed for senior leaders who require:

  • A stable external reference point

  • Sparring at an equal level

  • Continuity across high-stakes decisions

The work unfolds over time and adapts to the leader’s context.

It does not follow a coaching cadence. Access, depth, and frequency are determined by necessity, not schedule.

Situational Sparring

In some cases, leaders require short-term, high-intensity sparring. This work focuses on:

  • Imminent decisions

  • Reputational inflection points

  • Moments where judgement must stabilise quickly

Engagement is time-bound and purpose-specific.

Discretion is foundational.

All engagements are conducted with strict discretion.

Conversations are not documented beyond necessity, and the work does not rely on visibility or attribution.

This allows you to think clearly without managing perception.

Engagement begins with a conversation.

Not only to assess fit, but to establish whether reference is required.
